"The Vicar of Vogue"

(2012 Faulkner) 4.5" 27" -"The Vicar of Vogue" is a subtle beauty. Sporting oblong eyes on the petals and sepals, and having this unusual carriage where the petals rise above the sepals in an almost Siberian Iris style, "The Vicar of Vogue" is most unusual and will not be mistaken for another daylily in your yard.
The reddish/purple oblong eye, etched in darker stippled purple contrasts completely with the white eye of the sepal, etched in purple. Outstanding, fertile both ways this is a cool daylily.
